Chocolate (2008 film)

Chocolate (2008 film)-Tamil dubbed

Story Line:

A young woman with autism named Zen has developed uncanny martial arts skills by watching television, and from living next door to a Muay Thai academy. It is shown that Zen has uncanny reflexes and is able to catch balls thrown without even looking.
The girl is the daughter of Zin, the Thai wife of Yakuza boss Masashi.
Zin was previously the girlfriend of Thai gangster No. 8, who was jealous of her relationship with rival gangster Masashi. After Zin chose Masashi, he shot his own toe and forbids Zin from ever seeing him again. Zin asks Masashi to go back to Japan as they would not be able to be together safely. He begrudgingly leaves.
Soon after Zin finds herself pregnant and moves into a new place to get away from No. 8. She has a daughter that she names Zen. Soon it is discovered that Zen has autism and will need accommodation. As Zen gets older, one day Zin decides to tell Masashi about his daughter by writing him a letter. No. 8 finds out that Zin is in contact with Masashi and is furious. He visits Zin and cuts off one of Zin's toes, to remind her she is forbidden from seeing Masashi.
Zin is forced to move again to a house shared by a Muay Thai kickboxing school. Zen becomes infatuated with martial arts and begins to self-teach herself by mimicking the moves she sees as well as what she watches on television. One day when coming home from work Zin sees a poor little boy being picked on in the streets named Moom. Feeling sorry for his plight she takes him in.
Zin then falls ill with cancer and does not have the money to pay for chemo treatments. Zen and Moom attempt to make money to pay for these treatments by having people throw balls at her as a street performer. Unfortunately they are not able to earn enough to keep up with the treatments. One day, Moom discovers a list of debtors in an old notebook, from the days when Zin was a high-interest moneylender under No. 8. In order to get money to pay for her mother's cancer treatment, Zen and Moom decide to collect on the debts. The first attempt to collect the money turns violent, and Zen, remembering her movies, begins fighting back. This leads to further confrontations with various criminal gangs and, eventually, No. 8.
No. 8 learns that Zen is collecting debts for the sake of Zin's treatment. Zin finds out what Zen and Moom have been doing for money when her toe is sent to her as a message. She realizes there will be retaliation from No. 8 and sends Moom to mail a letter to Masashi asking for help. Moom is captured by No. 8's gang, but No. 8 has the letter mailed anyway, because he wants to deal with both Zin and Masashi. Masashi's receives the letter in Japan and leaves the Yakuza for the sake of his family. When Moom doesn't return, Zin goes to confront No. 8 to save Moom and try to reach a solution, bringing Zen with her. The conversation turns into a fight in which both Zin and No. 8 are wounded and No. 8 takes Zin hostage. Zen fights through many of No. 8's crew to get her mother back. Zen's father, Masashi, eventually makes it to the battle, but while he and Zin are fighting No. 8's men Zin is mortally wounded by No. 8. Angered by what has happened, Zen continues to battle through No. 8's men until she catches up with No. 8 and throws him off the 3rd story of a building to his death. She returns to her mother only to find her dead. Masashi adopts Zen.

The Naked Gun 2½: The Smell of Fear (1991)

The Naked Gun 2½: The Smell of Fear (1991)-Tamil dubbed

Story Line:

Frank Drebin is honored at the White House, where President George H.W. Bush announces that he will base his recommendation for the country's energy program on Dr. Albert Meinheimer's advice at the National Press Club dinner the following week. The heads of the coal and oil (fossil fuel) and nuclear industries are apparently distressed by this fact.
Jane Spencer, now working for Dr. Meinheimer, is working late at his research institute, crying about Frank. She spots a man in a red van. A maintenance worker, emptying out garbage cans, discovers a clock with dynamite attached and takes it to the security guards, accidentally triggering it.
The next morning, Frank reacquaints himself with Jane as he interviews her about the explosion. He is shown around the institute and meets Jane's boyfriend, Hexagon Oil executive Quentin Hapsburg, of whom he becomes exceedingly jealous. Frank's partner Ed Hocken finds him at a lonely blues bar. Meanwhile, at a meeting of the "energy" industry leaders, Hapsburg reveals that he has kidnapped Dr. Meinheimer and found an exact double for him, Earl Hacker, who will give their recommendation to the President endorsing fossil and nuclear fuels.
Police Squad determines the driver of the van, Hector Savage, to be connected to a sex toy shop. Frank spots the red van, assigning Nordberg the task of bugging it. Savage holes up in a home surrounded by police. Frank commandeers a tank, which he drives into the house, allowing Savage to escape.
Drebin arrives at a party. After a disastrous attempt to "wheel" the Meinheimer double to the stage for a raffle drawing, Frank goes to Jane's apartment. Savage arrives with orders to kill Jane. He comes across Jane in the shower and she screams, alerting Frank to his presence. Frank sticks a fire hose in Savage's mouth and turns on the water, which continues to run until Savage apparently bursts from all the water pressure.
Frank follows the trail to the dock of Hapsburg's oil company. Jane realizes Hapsburg's plan and asks Frank to stop him. They rediscover their love for each other.
Hapsburg and the energy representatives meet in a warehouse. Frank falls through the roof while being chased by a guard dog. They tie up Frank with the real Dr. Meinheimer.
Police Squad frees them. They go to the hotel where Dr. Meinheimer is to make his recommendation to the President. Frank, Nordberg, Ed and the real Meinheimer get into the building by appropriating a costume and instruments from a Mariachi band due to perform at the hotel.
Drebin encounters Hacker, who attacks him. Football players from the Chicago Bears appear and, believing Frank to be attacking a defenseless man, proceed to wheel away Hacker while attacking Frank. Ed and Meinheimer arrive to disable Hacker, who is arrested. During the confusion, Drebin mistakes Meinheimer for the fake, permitting Hapsburg to escape with Jane.
Hapsburg plans to set off a small nuclear device which will kill everyone, so it won't matter what Meinheimer says in his speech. Frank disarms him and Ed throws Hapsburg out a window. Hapsburg manages to survive the fall thanks to an awning, only to be attacked by a lion.
Frank frees Jane and they attempt to disarm the bomb while Ed and Nordberg evacuate the hotel. After several failed attempts, Frank finally manages to disarm the bomb at the last second by tripping over the power cord, unplugging it.
Drebin is commended by the President, who offers him a special post as head of the Federal Bureau of Police Squad. He declines, instead asking Jane to marry him, which she accepts. They go out to a balcony, where they accept commendations from the crowd. Frank spins around, accidentally knocking Barbara Bush off the balcony. She manages to hold on, although in an attempt to help her, Frank pulls off her dress.

The Cave (2005)

The Cave (2005)-Tamil dubbed

Story Line:

The film begins deep in the Carpathian mountains of Romania during the Cold War, where a group of Russian explorers are searching for an abandoned 13th century abbey. As they venture inside and below the church, they make a startling discovery: the abbey is built over the entrance to a giant subterranean cave system. When they try to blast their way in, they cause a landslide that buries the abbey and the men are trapped in the cave below it. Then they hear strange pinging sounds coming from the darkness. They are never seen again.
30 years later, a team of archeologists are conducting an excavation of the ruins of the same abbey and discover the cave system. These scientists are Dr. Nicolai and his associate Katheryn Jannings. Local biologists believe the cave could contain an undiscovered ecosystem, so they hire a group of American spelunkers lead by Jack McAllister and his brother Tyler to help them investigate its unknown depths. Jack and Tyler are thrill-seeking professional cave explorers who run a world famous team of divers. They arrive in Romania with the latest equipment, including a modified rebreather system allowing a diver to remain submerged for up to 24 hours. The diving team includes rock-climbing professional Charlie, first scout Briggs, sonar expert Strode, survival expert Top Buchanan, and cameraman Alex Kim.
As they begin the expedition, they send Briggs to find the first advance base camp, much to Tyler's displeasure as he is the best scout, but Jack thinks otherwise. When they lose contact with Briggs, they all dive in to find him. When Strode wanders off, he is suddenly attacked by an unknown creature. When he is dragged away, his water scooter explodes and causes a cave-in. Jack resolves that they must find another way out, Katheryn and Nicolai begin examining the bizarre biology in this cave, which they discover a strange parasite in all of the lifeforms they find. When Jack gets stuck in a shaft, he is suddenly attacked by the same kind of creature that killed Strode, but Jack manages to break free from its claws; still, he is slightly injured.
All known cave creatures today are variations of outer-world creatures that have simply adapted for cave life over generations, but Katheryn believes this new parasite to be life that originated in the cave environment and never been exposed to the outside world.
As the team heads deeper into the cave, they occasionally stumble across scattered equipment and remains of the previous explorers, and are unaware they are being stalked by the creatures. The team begins to question Jack's leadership as he leads them into unknown passages without second thought, and becomes more unstable since he was attacked, but Tyler assures the team to trust him. Jack also begins to exhibit a transformation of his senses, and physical features. When he leads them to rapids that flow to an underground lake, the creatures attack again, Katheryn is unharmed but Dr. Nicolai is dragged away; but as Jack tries in vain to free him, he sees the creatures are demon-like humanoids, and notices a recognizable tattoo on one of them. The team then reaches a vast delta in the underground river with large walls. As the team and Jack argue about where to go next, Charlie climbs the wall to an opening for a possible exit. But when she reaches the opening, she is jumped by one of the creatures, she manages to kill it with improvised weapons but she is gutted by the creature and dies, when Jack tries to save her, he has another transformation that slowed him down. As the team mourn over Charlie's death, they see Jack's transformations are beginning to show. Katheryn then concludes that his transformations are from the parasite they discovered, for it has entered his body through his wounds from his attack and is affecting his nervous system. Remembering the remains of the previous explorers and the tattooed creature, we realize that the creatures are the previous explorers. They were transformed as the result of the symbiotic parasite that infects its human host and begins to mutate it into these mutant-humanoid demons, built for surviving in cave environment. They have wings, amphibian skin, echolocation hearing (which are the strange sounds of them navigating), sharp teeth, and long claws. They are no longer human and now they hunt down and slaughter anything and anyone that enters their new home. They realize Jack is quickly evolving into one of them, the team splits up, shattering their trust in Jack, but Tyler and Top stay with him.
Jack leads Tyler and Top down an ice cave, Top falls and breaks his leg but they manage to find a way through the ice; and they find a hellish cavern littered with skeletons. They realize this is an ancient battleground between the creatures and the Knights Templar where the knights clearly lost, the ones who built the church at the entrance to seal the cave to prevent future generations from entering and keeping the demons from getting out of the cave environment. When Jack finds the cave's exit, he has another transformation, at this point he is now barely human and in no condition to find the rest of the team. As Tyler heads back to find the others, the creatures enter the cavern and steal their diving equipment necessary to get through the exit. Tyler finds Briggs hanging from the ceiling of a section of the cavern, suspended by stalactites and barely alive, Briggs points his pupils in the direction the creature went; Katheryn manages to save Tyler from being attacked when she uses their sonar gun to distort the creatures hearing. Tyler and Katheryn swim to the ice cave, she nearly drowns but Tyler does CPR to save her. They regroup with Alex and they make it back to the exit. Jack tries to steal back their rebreather while the rest of the group fight off the creatures, but Alex is killed and eaten. When they are surrounded, Jack causes an explosion with the rebreather and causes the cave to collapse; he stays behind to fight the creatures off, presumably killed by the cave-in. Tyler, Kathryn, and Top escape the cave and are back on the surface.
They return to civilization and part ways. Tyler asks Katheryn if Jack could've survived out in the open, she is silent, then says that the parasite that was changing him made her think that it could only survive underground, but is now uncertain. When she kisses him, she moves her sunglasses down below her eyes, revealing pupils similar to Jack's when he first showed signs of infection, Tyler suddenly discovers that Katheryn is infected with the parasite, and supposedly has the intent to "infect the rest of the world." He runs after her into a crowd of people, but she has disappeared.

Rush Hour 3 (2007)

Rush Hour 3 (2007)-Tamil dubbed

Story Line:
The film starts with Carter (Tucker) directing traffic. Concurrently, Chinese Ambassador Han addresses the importance of fighting the Triads at the World Criminal Court, announcing that he may know the whereabouts of Shy Shen, a semi-mythical individual of great importance to the Triads. Suddenly, Han takes a bullet in the shoulder, disrupting the conference. Detective Lee (Chan) pursues the shooter and corners him, discovering that the assassin is his Japanese foster brother Kenji (Sanada). When Lee hesitates to shoot Kenji, he makes his escape.
In the hospital, Lee learns that Han will make a full recovery. Han's daughter, Soo-Yung (Zhang), now grown up, arrives and makes Lee and Carter promise to capture the one behind the shooting. She then informs Lee and Carter that her father gave her an envelope which contains important information regarding the Triad, and that the envelope is in her locker at the martial arts studio where she teaches. Lee and Carter make their way to the martial arts studio, but find out that a gang of armed men have already arrived and emptied it. The duo are then told by the Master of the studio that Soo-Yung and Han are in danger, and rush back to the hospital.
Once the two reach the hospital, a gang of assassins arrive to kill Soo-Yung and Han. Lee and Carter manage to defeat them. They interrogate the leader of the assassins but find that he only speaks French. With the help of a fellow nun Sister Agnes (Dana Ivey), who can speak French, translates for them and Cater and Lee find out that they are marked for death by the Triad along with Soo-Yung and Han. For her protection, they take her to the French Embassy and leave her under the care of Reynard (von Sydow), the French ambassador and the chairman of the World Criminal Court. When a car bomb nearly kills Reynard and Soo-Yung the duo decides to go to Paris to investigate.
In Paris, after getting a painful cavity search from a Parisian commissioner (Polanski) Lee and Carter meet up with George, a taxi driver (Attal), who is prejudiced against Americans. He drives them to a Triad hideout. Once there, Lee fights off a Triad assassin named Jasmine (Kudoh) while Carter meets a beautiful woman whose name is not disclosed (Lenoir). Lee and Carter escape and Reynard later tells Lee that Shy Shen is not a person, but a list of the Triad leaders and reveals that Han's informant knows where to find it. The informant turns out to be Geneviève, the woman Carter met at the gentlemen's club.
After the two locate Geneviève, they save her from an assassination attempt by the Triads and flee to their hotel room. Privately, Carter tries to interrogate Genviève but they find themselves falling in love with each other. However, they are attacked again by Jasmine who sneaks up behind Carter and Genevieve who are about to make love in bed. No longer safe at the hotel, they decide to hide out with George, who now has developed a great appreciation for the United States. Lee and Carter learn that Geneviève not only knows where the list is, but that she is the list. The names of the thirteen Triad leaders have been tattooed on the back of her head, as per tradition, and Geneviève explains that she will be decapitated and buried if the Triads capture her. When Lee and Carter bring Geneviève to Reynard, he accidentally reveals that he has been working with the Triads all along. Kenji calls and informs Lee that he has captured Soo-Yung and that he would like to exchange her for Geneviève.
Lee arrives at the exchange point, the Jules Verne Restaurant in the Eiffel Tower, with Carter disguised as Geneviève. Kenji challenges Lee to a sword fight, during which the two fall off the tower and get caught in a safety net. Lee's sword cuts the safety net open and it collapses, leaving both men hanging on for dear life. Lee grabs Kenji's arm, intending to save his life. Kenji says his final goodbye to Lee and willingly lets go of him as he falls to his death, saving Lee's life. Lee then manages to climb up to safety. Meanwhile, Carter saves Soo-Yung and they defeat Jasmine who gets stuck between a large wheel and is split in half (off camera).
As Carter and Lee send Soo-Yung down the elevator, they make their escape from the Triads by gliding down to safety with a large French flag. Unfortunately, they are confronted by Reynard, holding Geneviève hostage and threatening to kill her. However, George, having followed Lee and Carter, shoots Reynard from behind. The police arrive, with the commissioner from earlier gloating and trying to get undeserved credit. After giving the commissioner a team punch to the face, Lee and Carter leave the scene dancing to the song "War" by Edwin Starr.

Shoot Em Up (2007)

Shoot Em Up (2007)-Tamil dubbed

Story Line:

The film opens as a drifter, known as Smith (Clive Owen), sits at a bus stop eating a carrot and drinking coffee when a pregnant woman busy going into labor passes by. Shortly after, a hitman pursues her and attempts to kill her in a warehouse. Smith manages to save her, but another bunch of assailants arrive on the scene and a shootout ensues. Showing almost no fear, Smith picks up a gun and proves that his weapon skills are second to none. During the conflict, the lady gives birth to a baby boy (later named Oliver) and Smith confronts the second in command Karl Hertz (Paul Giamatti), who praises him for his efforts and decides to "return the favor". While trying to escape having failed to subdue Hertz, the baby's mother is shot dead, which leads Smith to grab the boy and evade his would-be capturers. Hertz intends to get him soon enough.
A while later Smith again saves Oliver from an assassination attempt in a public park, after trying to leave him there in hopes of someone being able to adopt the boy. Realizing the baby is a prime target Smith takes Oliver to a mammary on tap (lactating brothel) to leave him there with Smith's mistress Donna (Monica Bellucci), but to no avail. Hertz arrives at the brothel a short while later and sadistically tortures her for information with the use of his gun. Smith intervenes and shoots him in the chest.
Smith and Donna begin investigating as to who wants to kill Oliver, after discovering a vital clue at a metal club and surviving yet another assassination attempt on their lives by a group of military foot soldiers while having sex in their motel room. Smith begins to cripple the competition by causing a shootout in the Hammerson Gun Factory, who just so happens to be Hertz's boss. After escaping and returning to Donna, Smith discovers that Senator Rutledge, who is dying of Bone Marrow Cancer and who also needs Oliver's bone marrow in hope of a donor can provide him with the necessary answer. While flying with Rutledge on a government plane, Smith uncovers Rutledge's perjury and holds him hostage. Hertz and Hammerson arrive and reveal to him that because Rutledge strongly supported gun control and as means of blackmail they killed the surrogate mothers so that Rutledge could negotiate a deal with them by dropping his defense in exchange for a living donor. With caution Smith moves to the fuselage of the aircraft, shoots Rutledge in the head and jumps off with the aid of a parachute. A few of Hertz's men follow and Smith kills them in mid-air. Go-To-Guy appears and tries to kill Smith, but ends up being carved up by an oncoming helicopter's propellers.
Smith awakens to find Hertz holding him at gunpoint and captures him. In the comfort of Hammerson's mansion, Hertz begins to torture Smith to tell him where Donna and Oliver are hiding, but Smith endures the pain. As a last effort, Hertz intends to carve out Smith's eyes with a scalpel, but Smith takes advantage of the situation and kills Hertz's men and Hammerson while defending himself. Seeing that Smith is incapable of using a firearm due to his broken fingers, Hertz laughs at his fruitless efforts and follows him into a library to finish him off. While trying to boost his confidence by asking Smith if he "was dead on" about who Smith was, Smith retorts by asking Hertz to repeat the last bit of the question. Hertz replies by saying:"I said I am Dead" to which Smith stops him and answers: "that part you got right" and severely wounds Hertz by lodging bullets in between his fingers, while holding it near an open fire and reacting to the heat gets shot into Hertz's chest. As a final standoff both Smith and Hertz draw guns and Smith finally kills Hertz and adds the statement: "What I really hate is a pussy with a gun in his hand."
Smith then boards a bus not knowing where both Donna and Oliver are. At an ice-cream parlor Smith sits at a table and hears Donna's voice. Turning around he sees Oliver in a baby chair and passionately reunites with Donna. The film ends as a group of robbers enter the store and a disgusted Smith stops them.

National Treasure: Book of Secrets (2007)

National Treasure: Book of Secrets (2007) -Tamil dubbed

Story Line:

Five days after the end of the Civil War, John Wilkes Booth and Michael O'Laughlen, both members of the Knights of the Golden Circle (KGC), enter a tavern and approach Thomas Gates (Ben Gates' great-great-grandfather), a well-known puzzle solver, to decode a message written in Booth's diary. Thomas recognizes the message and begins to translate it. While he does so, Booth leaves for Ford's Theatre to assassinate President Abraham Lincoln. Thomas solves the puzzle, a clue to a map to Cibola, the city of gold, and realizes the men are still loyal to the South and have a sinister motive for finding the treasure. A fight breaks out, and Thomas rips several pages from the diary and throws them in the fireplace. Thomas is shot, and the gunman attempts to retrieve the pages, but only obtains a page fragment. As Thomas dies, Thomas tells his distraught son, Charles Gates, "The debt that all men pay..."
Over 140 years later, Ben Gates (Nicolas Cage) is telling his great-great-grandfather's story at a Civilian Heroes conference. Black market dealer Mitch Wilkinson (Ed Harris), a Virginia Military Institute graduate, shows one of the 18 missing pages of John Wilkes Booth's diary, with Thomas Gates' name on it, convincing everyone that Thomas was not only a conspirator, but the grand architect of the Lincoln assassination, which tarnishes the Gates family's reputation and Ben is disgraced. Refusing to allow his ancestor's name to be tarnished, Ben sets out to prove the innocence of his great-great-grandfather. Ben discovers a cipher pointing to Édouard Laboulaye hidden on the back of the diary page. He travels to Paris, France, where he finds a clue engraved on the torch of the scale model of the Statue of Liberty on the Île des Cygnes, referring to the two Resolute desks. Ben then heads to England to look at the desk at Buckingham Palace with the help of his friend Riley Poole (Justin Bartha) and estranged girlfriend, Abigail Chase (Diane Kruger) (His relationship with Abigail having soured due to him constantly predicting what she might want without even bothering to ask her, even if he is often correct in his assumptions). From the Queen's desk, he obtains an ancient wooden plank with ancient symbols carved into it.
Meanwhile, Wilkinson breaks into Patrick Gates' (Jon Voight) house and clones Patrick's cell phone in order to track Ben's whereabouts. Wilkinson eventually obtains the wooden plank, but not before Ben manages to photograph the symbols carved into the plank. At Ben's insistence, Patrick reluctantly asks his ex-wife and Ben's mother, Dr. Emily Appleton (Helen Mirren) for help in translating the symbols. She does so, but points out that some of the glyphs are partial, leading Ben to conclude another plank must be hidden in the other Resolute desk located in the Oval Office. Ben and Abigail coax Abigail's new love interest, Connor (Ty Burrell), who works at the White House, into letting them into the office to see the desk. Ben discovers that the second plank is missing, but he does find a stamp bearing the seal of the Book of Secrets. Riley tells Ben that the Book of Secrets contains documents collected by Presidents for Presidents' eyes only, covering such controversial subjects as the eighteen minutes erased from Watergate tapes, Area 51, and the assassination of John F. Kennedy.
After he and his family set the situation up so that all other hotels where the party might take place are fully booked, Ben crashes the president's birthday party at Mount Vernon, where he meets the president (Bruce Greenwood). After showing him a map of Mt. Vernon drawn by George Washington, Ben convinces the president to follow him into a secret tunnel under the House where he confronts him about the book; the president sympathetically warns Ben that his actions will be interpreted as an attempt to kidnap the president, confirming a conclusion Ben and his companions have already reached; Ben is now wanted for committing a federal offense. Ben convinces the president to reveal the location of the book, which is at the Library of Congress. The President also tells Ben to read page 47 along with the information he needs.
In the book, Ben finds a picture of the missing plank from the desk and an entry by President Coolidge, who found the plank in 1924, had it destroyed, and commissioned Gutzon Borglum to carve Mount Rushmore to erase the map's landmarks in order to protect the treasure. Ben, Riley, Abigail, and Patrick head to Mount Rushmore where they meet Wilkinson, who has kidnapped Ben's mother. He helps them find the entrance of a cave containing the legendary Native American city of gold, Cíbola. Once inside, they encounter several traps, and Ben, Abigail, Riley, and Wilkinson get separated from Ben's parents. Eventually, they find the city of gold behind Mount Rushmore. However, in order to leave the city of gold when it suddenly begins flooding, one person has to stay behind to hold open the stone door to the drainage tunnel beneath the city, an action which would result in certain death. Wilkinson demands to go first by threatening Abigail, so Ben agrees to stay behind. Wilkinson and Ben debate over who goes and who stays (therefore dying). Wilkinson lets Ben go, on the condition that he be the one who found it, and gets the most credit. Ben escapes, and Wilkinson drowns.
Ben clears his family's name with the discovery and is cleared of all charges when the president tells everyone that Ben did not kidnap him, but actually saved his life when the secret passage they were looking at was accidentally activated. Everyone including Wilkinson is given credit for the discovery of the Lost City of Gold. The president then asks Ben about what he read on page 47 of the Book of Secrets, to which Ben replies, "It's life-altering, sir."

King of Beggars - Mirattal Mannan(1992)

King of Beggars - Mirattal Mannan(1992)-Tamil dubbed

Story Line:
Set in the Qing Dynasty in China, the film features a fictionalized story of martial artist So Chan (蘇燦), popularly known as "Beggar So" (蘇乞兒), one of the Ten Tigers of Canton.
So is the spoiled son of the wealthy General So in Canton. Although he is lazy and illiterate, So excels in martial arts. While visiting a brothel, So falls in love with Yu-shang, a courtesan who dares to behave rudely towards him. So vies for Yu-shang's services with Chiu Mo-kei, a magician and imperial official. By outbidding Chiu, So inadvertently foils Yu-shang's attempt to assassinate Chiu to avenge her father, who had been murdered by Chiu. In order to get rid of So, Yu-shang agrees to marry him if he can win the title of "Martial Arts Champion" (武狀元).
To win Yu-shang's hand-in-marriage, So enters the imperial martial arts contest to win the championship title. So's father helps him cheat his way through the written examination, while his personal expertise in martial arts carries him through the physical tests. So eventually emerges as champion, but just as the emperor is about to grant him the title, Chiu reveals that So is illiterate, proving that he cheated in the written examination. The enraged emperor orders So's family properties and possessions to be confiscated and decrees that they shall remain as beggars for the rest of their lives.
So does not adapt well to his new life. He encounters Chiu on the streets and Chiu breaks his legs, preventing him from practising martial arts again. So is introduced by his father to join the Beggars' Sect, but he is ashamed when he finds out that actually Yu-shang's family leads the sect. He spends most of his time sleeping in seclusion. By coincidence, he meets an elderly beggar, whom he helped earlier, and the beggar attempts to cheer him up by healing his wounds and teaching him the "Sleeping Arhat Skill". When Yu-shang is kidnapped by Chiu later, So is shaken out of his delusional state as he wants to save her. He tricks the sect's members into electing him as their new chief, by pretending that he is possessed by the spirit of Hung Tsat-kung. Using his improved literacy, he reads the sect's ancient martial arts manual and learns seventeen of the "Eighteen Dragon-subduing Palms" (降龍十八掌), while the last style is not shown in the book.
Meanwhile, Chiu puts Yu-shang into a magical trance and attempts to use her as a puppet to assassinate the emperor and start a rebellion. So leads his beggar followers across to Great Wall of China to stop Chiu and they engage Chiu's forces while So saves Yu-shang in the nick of time. So uses all the skills he had learnt to fight Chiu, but they prove insufficient to completely defeat Chiu. When Chiu conjures a windstorm, So's manual falls out and forms a flip book that animates the first seventeen of the "Eighteen Dragon-subduing Palms". So suddenly realizes that the final stance is a combination of the seventeen palms and he uses it to destroy Chiu and save the emperor.
In the final scenes, Yu-shang agrees to marry So, and the grateful emperor asks So what reward he desires. So chooses to remain as a beggar king and the emperor expresses worries over So having so much power over the common people. So reminds him that as long as the people are cared for, there will not be enough beggars under his influence to pose a threat. Before the film ends, So and Yu-shang are seen wandering the streets with their large family, using an imperial tablet to force rich people to give them money.

Iron Man 2 (2010)

Iron Man 2 (2010)-Tamil dubbed

Story Line:
Russian television shows Stark Industries CEO Tony Stark (Robert Downey Jr.) revealing his identity as Iron Man to the world. Ivan Vanko (Mickey Rourke), whose father, Anton Vanko (Yevgeni Lazarev), has just died, sees this and begins building a similar weapon.
Six months later, Stark has used his Iron Man armor to help maintain world peace. He re-institutes the Stark Expo in Flushing Meadows to continue his father Howard's legacy. Senator Stern (Garry Shandling) demands that Stark turn over the Iron Man technology to the government. Stark refuses, claiming that foreign nations and business competitors are decades away from successfully recreating his achievements, and that the armor is in fact his own property.
The palladium core in the arc reactor that keeps Stark alive and powers the armor is slowly poisoning him, and he has failed to find a substitute. Growing increasingly despondent and reckless due to his impending death, and choosing not to tell anyone about his condition, Stark appoints his personal assistant Pepper Potts (Gwyneth Paltrow) CEO of Stark Industries, and replaces her with Stark employee Natalie Rushman (Scarlett Johansson).
Vanko attacks Stark while racing at the Circuit de Monaco, using an arc reactor of his own powering whip-like energy weapons. Stark defeats Vanko with the aid of his portable briefcase armor. He learns that Vanko is the son of his father's old partner, Anton Vanko. Anton collaborated with Howard on the first arc reactor, but was deported to his native Soviet Union following his attempts to profit from the technology and died in poverty, explaining Vanko's desire for revenge on the Stark family. Rival defense contractor Justin Hammer (Sam Rockwell) fakes Vanko's death and recruits him to perfect a line of armored combat suits to upstage Stark.
At what he believes is his last birthday party Stark gets drunk while using the Iron Man armor, forcing his friend, Air Force Lieutenant Colonel James Rhodes (Don Cheadle), to intervene. Rhodes dons Stark's Mark II armor and after battling him, delivers the armor to the military. Nick Fury (Samuel L. Jackson), director of S.H.I.E.L.D., approaches Stark, revealing Rushman as undercover agent Natasha Romanoff and that Howard Stark was a S.H.I.E.L.D. founder that Fury knew personally. Fury gives him some of his father's old material; a hidden message in the diorama of the 1974 Stark Expo proves to be a diagram of the structure of a new element. With the aid of his computer J.A.R.V.I.S. (voiced by Paul Bettany), Stark synthesizes it. Vanko reveals to Stark that he is still alive and seeking revenge so Stark uses the untested element, removing his dependency on the palladium.
At the Expo, Hammer unveils Vanko's armored drones, led by Rhodes in a heavily weaponized version of the Mark II armor. Stark arrives in his new armor to warn Rhodes, but Vanko seizes control of both the drones and Rhodes' armor and attacks Iron Man. Hammer is arrested while Stark's bodyguard Happy Hogan (Jon Favreau) and Romanoff attempt to capture Vanko. He escapes, but Romanoff returns control of the Mark II armor to Rhodes.
After defeating his drones Stark and Rhodes confront Vanko himself, now in a new, very powerful suit of armor. Neither can match the Russian, but Vanko is ultimately defeated when they fire repulsor rays at each other, causing a large explosion. With his suit too damaged to continue the fight Vanko ignites his suit and his drones' self-destruct mechanisms, apparently killing himself in the process. Stark saves Potts from the exploding drones' remains. Potts quits as CEO, but she and Stark kiss.
At a debriefing, while showing news footage of the Hulk's rampage, Fury informs Stark that while Iron Man is a suitable candidate for the "Avengers Initiative", he himself is not. Stark agrees to be a consultant if Senator Stern presents himself and Rhodes with their medals for bravery.
