The untimely death of "King of Pop" Michael Jackson, who died of cardiac arrest on June 25, 2009 remained one of the biggest shocking loss in the showbiz industry around the world. More than two years after his passing, Michael Jackson's estate has begun to shop around in Hollywood to make a Michael Jackson biopic. Now that Dr. Conrad Murray's controversial involuntary manslaughter trial is finally over, the executor of the Jackson estate, has approached Ivan Reitman and Tom Pollock's Montecito Picture Company about the possibility of producing and financing a Michael Jackson biopic.

The highly-anticipated project would only cover certain periods of the late singer's life. Everything are still in early talks, and no deals have yet to take place. So here lies the biggest question: Who should play Michael Jackson?

Jeeva's Mugamoodi movie launch on Nov 30th

Jeeva's upcoming super hero film Mugamoodi in the direction of Mysskin movie is all set to hit the floors on November 30th in Chennai.Mugamoodi movie launch will be held with a formal pooja.

Jeeva for the first time plays the role of a super hero in Mugamoodi.Pooja Hegde is zeroed in as love interest of Jeeva in the film while Narain plays the role Joker a villian in the movie.Pooja Hegde will be seen as a tv news reporter.Mugamoodi deals with a story how a super hero attempts to eradicate corruption in the society. K is roped in as music director of the film,he has crooned two songs till now.

Jeeva and Narain had taken special training in martial arts and Jeeva tweets as "The super hero suit weighs really heavy, around 11 kgs and will have to wear it for more than 75 days, action scenes are definitely going to be a highlight. I was on heavy training and getting ready for Mugamoodi."

MAN OF STEEL Sequel Already Fast On Track!

When comes to potential franchise, a sequel is always fast to be greenlighted even though the first movie is yet to be determined whether it's a box-office hit or a flop. Such case is Zack Snyder's upcoming SUPERMAN reboot, MAN OF STEEL, due June 14, 2013. While production is currently under way, Warner Bros. has already thinking about a sequel. Now that is faster than I thought.

Looks like screenwriters Steve Kloves (HARRY POTTER series), Travis Beacham (CLASH OF THE TITANS) and Lawrence Kasdan (DREAMCATCHER) emerges as front runners to pen MAN OF STEEL sequel script. So far no deals have been signed, and none of the screenwriters have even met with the studio yet.

Despite the possibility of a sequel, it isn't known whether Zack Snyder will return for MAN OF STEEL sequel or not.

Linguswamy's Vettai postponed to 2012,Pongal

Madhavan,Arya,Sameera Reddy and Amala Paul in the lead roles upcoming movie Vettai has postponed once again to 2012,January.Vettai was earlier scheduled to release on Dec 23th but now it is set to release with Shankar's Nanban movie on Pongal.

Director of Vettai Linguswamy says "Vettai will have a strong story and tauted script that will wipe off the allegations on him that he don't give vital significance to story."

Yuvan Shankar Raja is rendering tunes for the film while Tirupathi Brothers, Lingusamy home production house and UTV Motion Pictures are producing the film.

Mayakkam Enna officially releasing on Nov 25th

Dhanush's upcoming movie Mayakkam Enna seems to be finally released on November 25th.Mayakkam Enna completed its censor and acquired U/A certification from the censor board.

Just a day back we have informed that the film is postponed to December 2nd but the makers have pushed by a week in advance and releasing on Nov 25th. The official release date of Mayakkam Enna was informed by one of the producer Gitanjali Selva, " Mayakkam Enna will hit theatres on Nov 25. A film that means the world to me. Something straight from the heart."

GK Media Inc who grabbed the USA and Canada theatrical distribution rights of Mayakkam Enna had also informed that the movie will be released abroad on november 24th.

Thala Ajith's Billa 2 is busy in shooting at brisk pace and on the other hand the makers of the film are roping in new actors for the key roles.Now the latest update is that Bollywood actor Vidyut Jammwal has been roped in as villian in Billa 2.

Vidyut Jammwal is debuting in to kollywood with Ajith's Billa 2 film.Vidyut Jammwal turned as actor with John Abraham's last release Force movie in hindi.Vidyut was also seen as villian in Tollywood film Shakti.

Billa 2 has wrapped to two schedules and next schedule of shooting to start in Georgia in Eastern Europe soon.The hi-end action sequences between Ajith and Vidyut Jammwal will be highlight of the film says makers. Chakri Tholeti is directing the Billa 2 movie and he is plans to wrap up entire shooting of the movie in December.Billa 2 is expected to hit the screens on April 2012.
