Franco’s acting surprised Freida Pinto
Actress Freida Pinto was surprised by James Franco’s unique acting style but learnt a lot from him when they worked together on “Rise of the Planet of the Apes”. “He’s got his own unique and distinctive style of acting. It’s not conventional at all. It does take you by surprise initially, but it’s all about being flexible and trying to understand how another actor works,” contactmusic.com quoted Freida as saying.
“I found a lot of things in his acting style that I could pick up and learn from,” she added.

Rajini calls Deepika Padukone
It looks like Rajini’s full concentration is on his next project Rana. Well known fact is that Rajini never failed to keep up his word. He had promised his fans a few days through a letter stating that he would return to their love by entertaining them more and more. By sticking to his promise the actor is leaving no stone unturned to ensure his promise. Even though he is taking rest in Singapore Rajini is making sure that everything goes well with Rana, which is dream project. He is in talks on phone with director KS Ravi Kumar and Lyricist Vairamuthu to known each and every happening of the film pre production works.
Rajini very recently have given a call to his heroine Deepika Padukone and has informed her that the movie will move on floors in the month of September. The actress is elated to receive a call from Superstar and she promised Rajini that she would give her fullest support to the film.
Now it can be confirmed that Rajini will be joining the sets of Rana in September.

Salman Khan to launch Osthi audio
Way2movies had earlier reported that the Dabangg star Salman Khan will join the sets of Osthi, Tamil remake, to give some tips & suggestions for Simbu for the film. But after that there is no buzz regarding Salman meeting up Simbu. However certain media reports revealed that Salman has denied meeting Simbu as he is busy with his back to back schedules. Simbu has come out with a clarification stating that, Salman has not refused to meet him but it was of his busy schedules he was unable to make up to the sets of Osthi. In fact the team of Osthi is plans of inviting the ace Bollywood star for the audio launch of the film. It can be noted here that his brother Arbazz Khan, the producer of Dabangg has graced the movie launch of Osthi.
Salman has recently visited Chennai for the audio launch of Markandeyan movie and Osthi will mark his next visit to Chennai.
Dharani is directing the film while Gopinath is going to handle the camera. Thaman is scoring the music for this action entertainer.
It looks like this is going to be a grand surprise during the audio launch isn’t it?

Munnabhai Chale Amerika has nothing to do with US
Says cirkit Arshad Warsi. The shooting of the third installment of Munnabhai series is scheduled to start mid 2012 but Arshad clarifies that Munnabhai Chale Amerika has nothing to do with US brushing aside the initial script, which deals with both Munna and cirkit going to US to meet President. Arshad makes it clear that the third installment will be completely new as the editor/writer/director Raj Kumar Hirani altered his initial script completely considering Shah Rukh Khan already met President of US in My Name Is Khan [2010].
So the trailer which was shot with America in mind will be put on hold as of now. While Hirani is done with the script he is tightlipped about the third film of Munnabhai franchise. Right now Raju Hirani is busy with Ferrari Ki Sawari, which he penned and his producer Vidhu Vinod Chopra is also busy with his English projects.
