Shankar completed 98.8888% of Nanban

Director Shankar is very happy with the way the film is progressing.

Director Shankar wrote in his blog: "We've successfully completed 98.8888% of Nanban, and the rest 1.1112% - one song and a quarter of another song - will be shot in the first week of September.”

He also expressed that the film has shaped out very well in all aspects. The highlight of the film will be its characters and their excellent performances. It’s going to be a treat watching Vijay, Jeeva, Sathyaraj, Srikanth, Sathyan, Ileana altogether. Each and every scene is edited and dubbed till date.

The final editing of the film is also under progress and Shankar has asked Harris Jayraj to complete the songs for the audio release. It is also known that the director has thoroughly enjoyed the relaxing time in Vijay’s party.

In all aspects the film has chances to release for Diwali.
