Actor Parthiban has donned the guest role in the Tamil 3D family titled Ambuli. It seems that when he saw the film, he was upset because some of the sequences of this film were shot using dupes. He also insisted that his salary should be paid immediately.
Director Hari Shankar while speaking about this issue said, "There is no due of salary to Parthiban. We have already paid his full salary. There were no problems between us in the dubbing matter. He fully cooperated with us. When we called him for dubbing, he said that he wanted to see the whole film. We will be screening the film for him in a day or two. We had used a dupe for Parthiban in one stunt scene."
