It was announced more than a year ago that Vijay would star in a film to be directed by Seeman. But with the director’s attention shifting to issues related to Sri Lankan Tamils, Vijay seems to have second thoughts about starring in his project.The reason cited for this is that Seeman is in bad books of the Union and Stategovernments and there is a possibility that he may be arrested anytime for his fiery speeches against the sovereignty of India. Following this, Vijay is not very particular in being associated with Seeman, even if it is for a film.
The same situation applies to Madhavan as well, we are told.
