Choreographer Actor Director Prabhu Deva’ on Why He Directs Films

Choreographer-actor-director Prabhu Deva’s recent release Rowdy Rathore is a grand success with the film raking in profits at the box office within the first week of its release. This film, incidentally, is the remake of the Tamil blockbuster Siruthai, which had Karthi in the lead role.

Speaking about the film’s success, Prabhu Deva said that he is extremely happy over the response that it has got. Adding on why he directs films, Prabhu Deva said that his sole aim is to entertain the audiences with his work.

Rowdy Rathore released last Friday to packed houses and has been declared as one of the biggest hits of the year. The film stars Akshay Kumar and Sonakshi Sinha as the lead pair.
