If the reports of kollywood sources to be believed Udhayan fame actress Pranitha has been signed for Karthi's upcoming politically satire film Saguni.Pranitha is the kannada actress who has renowed with the remake film Pokkiri in Kannada and later on romanced with Siddarth in her debutant telugu film Bava.Recently she has debuted in to kollywood with Arulnidhi in Udhayan film.The actress was rushed to big offer with her second film in Kollywood by pairing with Karthi in Saguni.
Karthi will be seen in a complete make over in Saguni film which is being directed by debutant Shankar Dayal.TOp actress were in hopes to get this offer but finally Parnitha made it.
G V Prakash Kumar is rendering tunes for Saguni film while Dream Warrior Pictures is producing the film.
Simbu joins with Gautham Menon one more time !.
The character which shot in to fame of kollywood handsome actor Simbhu with Gautham Menon's Vinnaithandi Varuvaya is now again joining the hands with the director ,but now for the sequel of Vinnaithandi Varuvaya.Simbhu himself said that he will be seen in Gautham Menon's direction but this time for sequel of VTV.Now Simbhu says about it as “I am not sure whether it is the sequel to VTV or a new script. But I am happy to join Gautham once again. Gautham has his own style of making a film and he knows the pulse of the youth very well”.

Suriya's 7am Arivu wrapped up entire shooting
Suriya,Shruthi Hassan in the main lead roles upcoming much awaited film 7am Arivu under the direction of AR Murugadosshas finally wrapped up its shooting.Right now post production works of the film are in progress.Suriya will be seen in three roles on 7 am Arivu as a circus artist, Buddhist monk and a scientist.Johnny Tri Nguyen a Vietnamese actor will be essaying the role of villian in this film.Suriya has got well built six pack abs for a Kung Fu action sequence within 16 days.
7 am Arivu story revolves around a super machine, which was brought to India.As Suriya and Murugudoss had huge fanbase both in Hindi and telugu 7 am Arivu is also being dubbed in to these languages also.
Harris Jayaraj has composed tunes for this film and 7 am Arivu audio album has totally 6 song in which one song is a chinese track sung by chinese singer Hau.7 am Arivu audio to be launched by the first week of August.

Hansika said "Its really hurting"
Hansika made her debut in Tamil through the film Engeyum Kadhal. She is one of the leading actresses in Telugu film industry. Currently she is pairing with Vijay in the Tamil film Velayudham and also with Udhayanidhi Stalin in the Tamil film Oru Kal Oru Kannadi.
Recently there were comments that Hansika does know acting and that she has not acted well in Engeyum Kadhal. When asked about this to Hansika, she became furious. She said, "It is really hurting when people say that I don’t know acting. For acting in a Hindi serial, I have got 14 awards.
Similarly I also got an award for acting in a Telugu film titled Nesa Mudhra. How is it possible for me to get so many awards, if I am not able to act? I came to cinema with the desire of acting. So far I have acted in 15 films. It was not a tough job to act. Now I am pairing with Vijay and Udayanidhi Stalin. I have reduced my weight after tough exercises and dieting."

This Tamil film 'Michael Madana Kama Rajan' is a story about quadruplets - Michael, Madhana, Kama and Rajan and all were played by Kamal Haasan. The movie is directed by Singeetam Srinivasa Rao while Kamal had also written and produced it.
Priyadarshan, who himself is an expert in remaking films from South into Bollywood has always planned to remake this film in Hindi with his mentor Akshay Kumar playing all the four lead roles. Salman Khan to remake Kanchana?
Bollywood hero Salman Khan is keeping an eye on Kollywood releases. The actor is impressed with south films and is very keen to remake them in Hindi. He recently appeared on screen with the remake of Uthamaputhiran in Hindi which is titled as Ready. His future projects are also the remakes of Kaavalan and Thillalangadi. Now latest buzz is that Salman has expressed his desire to remake Raghavendra Lawrence Kanchana in Hindi. In fact Salman has recently watched the promos of Kanchana and was very much impressed. Kanchana is the sequel to Muni which was released in the year 2006.
Lawrence says "The film will be a roller-coaster ride as it has all the elements of entertainment including thrill, suspense, action and comedy. The film will be enjoyed by all sections of audiences without any age limit. I played an unusual role in the film and Sarath Kumar plays a totally different role. Lakshmi Rai has played the heroine.".
Kanchana belongs to horror genre and is directed and written by Raghava Lawrence.
Kanchana is all set to release by the end of this month.

Suriya's 7aam Arivu Vilakaathe Nilakaathe.. Song Leaked!.
Here is a buzz of Suriya's 7aam Arivu is that Vilakaathe Nilakaathe Nilaikkathe song has been leaked on the net on July 6th. Many of Suriya fans are hearing to the song.The search for the song is on high in google today.By hearing to this Producer Udhayanidhi Stalin confessed that there no such title song in this film.Harris Jayraj is still working on the songs.He also further informed that 7aam Arivu audio launch to be delayed as Harris Gadgets were not functioning properly.
While coming to 7aam Arivu shooting progress recently a high end action sequence has been shot on Suriya.Editor Anthony was awestruck with the performance of Suriya with the Kung Fu fight in the climax scenes. Anthony showered praises saying that Suriya with his six pack abs looked similar to Bruce Lee .

Thala's Billa 2 to use Avatar 2 technology
We are here to give one more update of Thala Ajith's next film Billa 2.Ajith is mostly seen in a common face of a Don in Mankatha and Billa 2 films.Now the latest update of Thala's Billa 2 is that Director Chakri Toleti and cinematographer R.D. Rajashekar are in plans to use EPIC Camera with 5K Resolution for the shooting of Billa 2 movie.The same technologies were being used by James Cameron for his sequel film Avatar-2.So Ajith's Bailla 2 will be picturised as Avatar 2.
Chakri Toleti is busy in pre production works of Billa 2 and also working on locations for shooting of the film.The shooting Ajith's Billa 2 to kick start from this weekend in Hyderabad.
Huma Qureshi is zeroed in as love interest to Ajith in Billa 2.Bruna Abdullah, Prabhu, Rahman, Krishna kumar will be seen in other supporting roles of the film.

We have reported few days back that Amala Paul has been signed in for Jeeva's Mugamoodi.We have also stated that Amala paul is playing female lead actress in this film.As of now the actress denied the news and sais that she was not part of Mysking directing Jeeva starring Mugamoodi film.Amala Paul says “I have not even heard of the film’s title, so how can I sign a film without hearing the name and script”. The makers of the film stated as "Currently we are in talks with top actresses but have not finalized any heroine for the film. But surely the film has a leading actress as the female lead”.
Amala Paul is eagerly waiting for her upcoming to be released film Deiva Thirumagal in which she shared screen space with Vikram and Anushka.
Further adding to this Amala Paul Says "I'm all excited and happy about Deiva Thirumagal, this is my first film with Vikram sir. The film is releasing in the next week”.

Anjana Sukhani’s special song in Bejawada Rowdilu
Ram Gopal Varma’s controversial production venture Bejawada Rowdilu is progressing in Hyderabad. Naga Chaitanya is playing the lead role in the film that moves in the backdrop of Vijayawada Rowdyism. Recently, director Vivek Krishna has canned an item number in a specially erected set in aluminum factory in Gachibowli. Anjana Sukhani of Don Seenu fame sizzled in this item number penned by Sirasri. Inside sources reveal that the song has come out quite well and Anjana is sure to set the screens on fire with this special song.
Bejawada Rowdilu is being produced jointly by RGV and Kiran Kumar Koneru on Shreya productions banner.
Ramu about Not A Love Story
Amidst criticisms from certain sections of the society asking not to portray victim Neeraj Grover in a bad light, filmmaker Ram Gopal Varma started promoting Not A Love Story and it is set to release on 19 August. “In the year 2008, when I read that a woman and her boyfriend in Mumbai, had allegedly murdered a guy, had sex in front of the dead body, then cut him into pieces, packed them in shopping bags, and then disposed them off in the nearby jungle, I was taken aback. I could not, for the life of me, understand how two such seemingly, everyday, ordinary people could bring themselves to commit such a heinous act”, posted Ramu on his blog.
“What shocked me even more was that there was a love story behind that hair-raising, gruesome happening. But I assure you this much that this love story is definitely Not A Love Story”, added Ramu.
Mahie Gill and Deepak Dobriyal are playing the lead roles in Not A Love Story. Victim Neeraj Grover is essayed by Ajay Gehl.
Harry Baweja to re-launch Harman
So what if Harman’s films failed at the BO, his father Harry Baweja is set to re-launch Harman once again after the disastrous debut with ‘Love Story 2050’ [2008 film]. Reportedly the father, who made films like Dilwale, Diljale is keen to remake his earlier hit Qayamat-The City Under Threat[ 2003] with Harman in the lead. He is in plans to rope Sonakshi Sinha for the female lead.
So with flops like Victory and What’s Your Rashee? apart from It’s My Life struggling to release, hope this Harman film will give him the much needed push in Bollywood.

Vikram who was awarded as Best Actor Award for Raavanan at 58th Filmfare awards used the event for not only receiving the award but also for the promotion of his forthcoming film Deiva Thirumagal.Vikram gave his vote of thanks to Director Mani Ratnam for giving him characteristic role in Raavanan.On the receiving Vikram said “I am thankful to Mani sir for giving me such wonderful and memorable character in Raavanan”.
When he was questioned how to compare Raavanan with Deiva Thirumagal then Vikram answered as “I will never compare two characters or films. I am happy to essay varied roles in my career. Deiva Thirumagal will again be a complete different film and has shaped up very well!"

Barrymore in talks to produce ‘The Heist Society’
Hollywood actress Drew Barrymore is in talks to produce a film based on the book “The Heist Society” along with Warner Bros. “Heist Society,” published last year by Hyperion books, revolves around a teenage girl balancing school and her family’s criminal activities.
In the novel, the story is triggered by powerful mobster being robbed of his priceless art collection — with the girl’s father as the main suspect — and the protagonist responding by assembling a crew to steal it back, reports variety.com.
Barrymore has previously produced films like “How to Be Single” and “He’s Just Not That into You”.

Dirty Picture progressing at Hyderabad
Ekta Kapoor’s ambitious film, ‘Dirty picture’ with Vidya Balan in the lead is progressing briskly at Ramoji Film City, Hyderabad. The film on the life and times of southern item girl Silk Smitha will see Vidya Balan portraying her role. The shoot in Hyderabad is taking place at a special set erected for the film. Earlier director Milan Luthria shot some portions in a big set at Film City in Mumbai resembling 80’s Madras.
The pre-production for Dirty Picture began seven months ago. Production designer, art team and one of Milan’s assistants toured Chennai, Mysore, Puducherry, Ooty and Hyderabad for two months by bringing 2000 pictures which are being utilized for the sets to be erected.
Nasseruddin Shah, Emraan Haashmi and Tusshar Kapoor are playing other key roles. The film is set to release on November 10, 2011.
Parvathi Melton is back
Parvathi Melton, who acted in Vennela, Madhumasam, Jalsa etc, took a long break from Telugu screens for quite some time. Though Paravathi has paired up with top stars in Tollywood, she failed to deliver success and create her mark. Now, the actress is back in Tollywood again by signing a new film opposite Puri Jagannadh’s brother Sai Ram Shankar. The film is touted to be socio-fantasy project to be directed by Y Jitendar. The film is based on the story of Yama Dharmaraja and Chitragupta where Real Star Srihari is zeroed in to play the role of Yama in the movie. G Vijaykumar Goud is producing the film.
The regular shoot of the film will commence from September and major part of the film will be canned in US.

We are aware that Suriya-Anushka's Singham movie is being remade in to hindi with the same title.Ajay Degn and Kajal Agarwal are playing the lead roles in the remake movie.Recently Kajal Agarwal instaed of cat fight she started praising the lead acress of the original version.Kajal Agarwal will be seen in Anushka's role in the Hindi movie.Kajal Agarwal Says about Anushka's performance as “I have watched Singham and I was awestruck by the performance of Anushka, she simply done a wonderful job in the film. My role in the Hindi version is completely different as the script has undergone a lot of changes. I am very happy to be a part of Singham and it’s a great role. I am giving my hundred percent efforts to make a difference”.
The hindi version Singham is in the heals of completion.The filmmakers earlier approached Anushka for the same role in bollywood but the actress denied the offer as she was busy with tollywood and kollywood films.
