Simbu said “Each and every day I see something written about Munni song. Recently I have come across some reports that Nayanthara is doing the song and on the same day another paper report stated that Katrina Kaif is doing the item number. In fact Thaman music director of the film has not yet started composing the tune itself. We are trying out to bring a whole new song which would be peppy number. A set is being erected in Chennai for this song and the actress who will be doing this item number is yet to be finalized”.
Recently a song titled Neduveli... was shot in a set which looks like a Police station. STR, Richa and dancers took part in this song which is choreographed by Robert. Reliance has bagged the rights of Osthi and is planning to release it for Diwali.
